It's only 1hr 40min from my place, a cheaper but up and coming version of Brighton or as someone said recently, in certain parts like the old town or St Leonards on sea, more the vibe of St Ives, Cornwall. Lots of art stuff happening and wonderful junk and antique area that i go to regularly.
Hastings Arts Forum: my friends who live there had an exhibition and since it was only £20 to join, I did so. I can enter a picture into their annual members show, which I must do as some point.
